Papa is an end-to-end human care network supporting the social needs of older adults, other underserved populations, and families. Through their national network of vetted and trained Papa Pals, they deliver personalized non-medical care, companionship, and everyday assistance right to members' front doors.
Project Overview
They needed us to storyboard, design, and animate an explainer video that clearly shows how Papa works, all while staying true to their existing brand guidelines. Following that, we also created seven training videos to guide their new collaborators (known as Papa Pals) through the platform, showing them exactly how the system works and what to do at each step of the process.
